2007 Red Roan - Gelding - 14.2 hands



I went to Montana and picked this one myself and have raised him since he was 5 months old. I did not start him under saddle until he was four. He has been handled, groomed, hooves trimmed and trained though, since a foal.
 


Badger is a true "Cow Pony." He is built for it, bred for it, and acts like it.  He is doing extremely well, very level headed and naturally balanced.
He has all of what we consider the basics. Wlak, jog, trot, lope, back, side pass, trail ridden, obstacle courses, bathes, loads, backs off the trailer, stands for the farrier, stands quiet for grooming, saddling and mounting, and has been around mounted shooting. He has been around the cows, but not yet used to "work cattle."



Badger is a very straight, square, humble and quiet gelding, with a beautiful lope.
